CAV ARMS NPA (NASOPHARYNGEAL AIRWAY) At Cavalry Manufacturing we believe in being prepared and ready for any eventuality. Through many years of experience traveling coast to coast across the country for various shooting events and trade shows, we have personally been in situations and seen situations that could have resulted in catastrophe and possibly even death. As a result we have drawn upon the years of experience of our collective Military and EMS Providers, as well as input from staff with no emergency experience to put together a package that is simple enough yet capable enough for the lay person or even the most experienced emergency medical rescuers.
