popular and demanded of those products. We sell literally hundreds of

Does Grey Group build custom items?
The easy answer is yes. Grey Group specializes in the
ability to work with multiple manufacturers to bring products to bear. In that
way we can help you to build and source the best of the best kit. If your Unit

Training
I enrolled in a training course what is the next step?
You will be contacted by our Customer Support with a
"Training Application" to complete and return.
Do you offer Law Enforcement or Military discounts?
Since 99% of our customers are Military, Security Contractors,
and Federal or Municipal Agencies, we offer our items at the lowest everyday
price we can.
I am placing a large volume order for a Government Agency or Unit how do I Request A Quote?
We accept Domestic Visa and MasterCard through our online
payment portal. When ordering, please make sure the billing address and zip
code are correct, and that they match the information of your credit card
company. If the information is incorrect, it could slow down the processing of
your order. We also accept PayPal.
For Government purchases all forms of Government purchase
cards are accepted. Grey Group is also registered on CCR (cage code: 4WWM3),
is compliant with ORCA, and is well versed in the Wide Area Workflow payment

Orders and Inventory
Do you have (item) in stock?
We have incorporated a live inventory system which updates
stock levels hourly to indicate whether an item is "In Stock". Items marked as
"In Stock" will usually ship immediately. On the product page, the menu will
indicate per size, color, and make if the item is "In Stock" or not.
How do back orders work?
At Grey Group we deal with many items that are difficult to
find or are of a custom nature. Also, we are the only stocking dealer in the
world for many items such as MSA Gunfighter and SOF Cut Helmets. If you place
an order for an item that is not listed as "In Stock" we will ship your order
as soon as the item arrives at our facility. In the event that you place an
order for both in stock and backordered items it is at our discretion how the
order will be split and shipped, unless you contact customer service at Grey
Group. If there are items that are needed immediately or any special
considerations that need to be made for backordered items please contact: help@greygrouptraining.com.
We
are a warehousing and stocking dealer, and we have orders always open with
different manufacturers to try and meet any demand that arises.
Will you let me know when an item is back in stock?
The short answer is yes. You must first be logged into your
Grey Group account, and then simply use the "Notify Me When Item Is Back In
Stock" button located on the product page. Customer Service will email you
when your item arrives into back stock. There are many items Grey Group
offers that have an incredibly high demand. These items will go towards
backorders first, and then will be offered as items available for sale.
How do I check my order status?
If you click on "My Account" at the top right of the
website, sign into your account, and click on "Order History" it will display a
list of orders placed. Select the order, and the display will show you the
status.
I placed an order through the web store for in store
pickup, where do I go to get my order?
All orders placed with the option to pickup in the store are
available at the Grey Group Pro Shop.
I had an existing order from the older version of the
Grey Group Webstore, how do I check my order status?
If you had placed an order before the June 5th

Shipping
What are the shipping rates and transit time for domestic and APO orders?
We ship orders through USPS Priority Mail for $7.95 and UPS
for actual shipping cost. Most packages take approximately 3-5 days to arrive
at your door, with the APO address taking approximately one week longer
depending on your specific location; unfortunately we have to depend on the
Military Mail clerks once it leaves the civilian system. Therefore we cannot
be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced when in the
militaries hands.
What are the shipping rates and transit times for
international orders?
International orders are shipped USPS Priority
International. We charge a flat $39.95 rate for shipping. Depending on where
the order is being shipped, arrival can vary from 6- 10 days. (That includes
Australia, Canada, Denmark, England, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan,
Norway, Poland, South Korea and Spain.) We also reserve the right to refund and
cancel any international order at our discretion.
ID Verification
I purchased an item that requires ID verification,
what do I do?
Particular items can only be shipped to active Law Enforcement
or Military personnel. Those items have the disclaimer on the product page. If
you want to order any of these items, please email a copy of your ID to help@greygrouptraining.com, with
your order number in the subject of the email.
Export
Can this item be exported?
We are not able to export any type of: IR reflective item,
firearms part, armor, or laser. If you are an international customer and still
order these items it may significantly slow down the processing of your order
as we will cancel these items.
At this time, we cannot ship any of the above named items to
any foreign country unless:
Receiver is at an APO/AE address.
Receiver is a legitimate foreign Military or Government entity that is not in violation of ITARS, and is willing and capable to complete all export documents.
I want to return or exchange an item, how do I do it?
Returns are handled on a case by case basis, please contact help@greygrouptraining.com with
your specific issues. Once you are instructed to please follow the
instructions below.
To return an item you ordered:
Email help@greygrouptraining.com to
get a RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization Number). Please make sure to
include your name and order number in the email also. All returns must have a RMA#,
or it will not be accepted.
Write your RMA# on the mailing label when sending the item back.
Include a copy of your packing slip with your shipment.

How do I submit a Testimonial to the review pages?
Grey Group is not looking for a plug, we are looking for
honest recollections of what you like or did not like about kit that you use. Your real name will not be used. The only requirements are that Grey Group
carries the product line, and that you tell your story in your own style.

with "2nd attempt" in the subject of the email. You can also call
us at 910-323-4739. Our dedicated Customer Support hours are 9am - 5pm Monday -
Friday. The Pro-Shop is open from 9am - 7pm Monday - Friday, and 10am - 7pm on
Saturday and has more limited customer support. We are closed on Sunday. We
receive a significant amount of emails, and we appreciate you sending them, we
just want to make sure we give each customer the maximum level of customer
service they deserve.
