Great. Another freaking assault pack; like I don't have about 50 of those already stashed in kit bags around the house. I'm going to give it a fair shake, but only as a favor to the guys that gave it to me.

Blue Force Gear DAP Pack
The first thing I noticed about the DAP Pack is that it's light. Maybe just over a pound when empty. The next thing that catches my eye is that the interior is lined with loop Velcro®. I've seen this from other companies, but usually for a dedicated tear off platform. What's unique about the pack from Blue Force Gear is that there are a crap load of accessory pouches that attach to the Velcro® field. You can configure it as a med pack, breacher pack, assault pack, commo pack, etc. just by reconfiguring the interior layout. Cool. It's nice not to have a different pack for every day of the week.
