Founded in 2005 by former members of Delta Force (1st Special Forces Operational Detachment - Delta), TigerSwan provides the full spectrum of weapons and tactical training for government, law enforcement organizations, commercial and civilian clients.

Our training methodology provides students with tools to become proficient in basic and advanced individual skills. Training encompasses realistic scenarios requiring individuals and teams to exercise their new found skills while solving problems and making realistic ?life and death? decisions in stressful training situations.

The technical expertise, tactical experience and training abilities of our instructors are unmatched in the industry. Our instructors are Special Operations veterans with combat service in America?s Tier-One military units. They possess years of experience as operators, trainers and competitors. TigerSwan 3-Day Tactical Pistol - Feb 25-27, 2010 - Fayetteville, NC

Cost:$750.00

Location: Fayetteville, NC.

This course is designed to teach the pistol handling skills required in a tactical environment. It emphasizes surgical marksmanship and the mastering of basic skills. It gives the shooter the skills, training mindset and methodology necessary to train them self. The following areas are discussed during the course:
- Safety
- Fundamentals of pistol marksmanship
- Malfunctions
- The draw and proper presentation to the target
- Shooting positions
- Multiple shots
- Multiple targets
- Set-up and shooting on the move
- Shooting from barricades & covered positions
- Training methodology and drills

Ammo Requirements: 2000 rounds of pistol ammunition.

Training Schedule: Show time is 7:30am with instruction starting at 8am and ending at 5pm.

Individual equipment:
• Pistol with 5 magazines
Belt with holster and magazine pouches
Knee and Elbow pads (optional)
Weapon cleaning kit
Rain or inclement weather gear
Eye and Ear protection (clear and shaded lens are recommended)
• Water / Snacks (we?ll take an hour lunch break around noon.)
Hat
• Sun Screen (non-greasy or water resistant recommended)

Prerequisites: (one of the following)

- Successful completion of TSI Introductory Pistol (Or comperable intro class from another instructor/organization)
- Active Law Enforcement or Military
- USPSA ?C? Classification or higher
- IDPA Sharpshooter Classification or higher

** We recommend you wear comfortable shoes, long pants, and bring a short or long sleeve shirt that you don?t mind getting dirty.
